Dale Sauer Homes was established in March of 1999. After selling storm windows, brick for Acme Brick, lumber for Gino Guido and serving as Vice President of a custom home building company in the San Antonio area for six years, Dale started his own business. With the goal of building between six to ten homes a year, Dale can assist in every aspect of the building process. From acquiring a lot, to having plans drawn, to having an open house for you and your extended family. Feel free to put your feet up, settle in and see what Dale Sauer Homes is all about. Service: We offer a complete line of services to help you navigate through the building process. Dale will assist you with house plans, land acquisition, financing, decorator services, and product selections. His belief is that building a custom home is a team effort guided through experience, scheduling and a common goal of customer satisfaction.

Homes under construction: Currently the two homes being built are in River Crossing and Fair Oaks Ranch. River Crossing is in the trim stage, while Fair Oaks is in the frame stage. Open House: Watch for your invitation to our upcoming open house in mid August, 2005. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 car garage, 1 story, rock and stucco home is located in River Crossing Sub-division. Also, in the fall of 2005, your invitation will be for Fair Oaks Ranch, site of a 3200 sf, 2 story open house. If you are not on our invitation list, please contact us and request to be added.
